How can DDD help you live a more balanced and fulfilled life?

DDD provides quick easy to access information on mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. Our brains are “programmed” to fall back to sleep. Daily motivation and inspiration is necessary, even for those who are stable and living a healthy balanced life. Technology and societal life make it easy to “fall into old patterns.” DDD will remind you to stay present, and help you solve/contemplate daily life challenges and goals. Needing to relax and “get away” for a bit. We’ve got you covered spiritually as well.

Whatever works for you. We sometimes think we need to sit “quietly and in stillness” for meditation or healing to work. Research shows that even five minutes a day can provide peace, calm, grounding and balance. What’s cool about DDD is that you get to choose how long you want to be engaged and what topic you need to focus on. DDD has so much to offer and will add new content monthly. Some days you may only have time for the daily message. Others, you can chill and focus on longer sessions. You can also put on an eight hour sleep meditation and let your brain/body do the work when you’re sleeping. DDD is made to fit into your life, the way it works for you.

A: Dee is licensed therapist with 20 years of experience. She provides a lot of information to get you “thinking” about what you need/want in your life. Each meditation gives you time to think about you, what’s working and what’s not. You can most certainly change your life in a positive way by listening and using the many tools given in DDD. While this is all extremely important, it is also important to connect with a licensed therapist in your area should you decide you’d like to do deeper healing work. Absolutely. Whether you’ve never listened to an inspirational message or you’ve been on your healing journey for several decades, DDD has something for you. We add new monthly content to keep you inspired and motivated. The daily message gives tips and tools to help you live your best life. Dee uses language that’s relatable and easy to understand.

We are all living extremely busy lives. It’s “easy” to fall into patterns where we do the same thing day after day. If we continue this pattern, nothing changes. DDD gives you an opportunity to think about your life with a fresh perspective every single day. This will help you stay motivated, reach your goals and keep you on a path that creates change, not stuck.

You do not. There’s a lot of information to help you learn more about spirituality if you’re interested. Spirituality is only one of the areas covered in the app. Dee focuses on the “whole” body, mind, body, spirit and emotion.

Absolutely not! While AI has its place, Dee will never use AI for information you receive. Instead, Dee relies on her 20 years of experience working with her clients, her education, her spiritual intuition, and her own life experiences. With a world that continues to grow technologically, Dee feels it’s important “not” to lose the emotional part of our lives. It’s the emotion that makes us human. Know that DDD will always give you that, humanness and emotion.
